Teacher Tutors is proud to share the following success story. Congratulations John!
Now, however, John is an accomplished self-editor and readily picks out errors and areas to improve the clarity of his writing. This has been a great year for John and Michelle and they look forward to continuing their progress.
Michelle, our clients continually identify how wonderful you are and rave about your creative and engaging your lessons. We are so fortunate to have you on our team, we are very proud of the work you have done with John and look forward to seeing your continued success together.
Michelle, a master tutor, earned a B.A. in English and an M.A. in poetry. She is a bilingual English teacher who specializes in writing, literature, and Spanish. She has formal qualifications in teaching English and informal qualifications in teaching Spanish. Michelle currently teaches 11th and 12th grade English and looks forward to the new school year. As a former English professor and current high school teacher, she is very familiar with writing, editing, close reading and analysis of texts, and the research process. She is able to provide informal tutoring and homework help in this area or more structured instruction, depending on the needs of the child. While her teaching expertise is in English, she is a native Spanish speaker. As with English, she can provide informal or formal instruction based on the needs of the child. She is also able to provide immersion-based language learning. For fun, Michelle enjoys reading, taking photos, and creative writing. She also likes pop culture, including memes, and brings that fun, relevance, and playfulness to her teaching.
