Why families choose our test prep

Swipe through what makes our approach different, then see the fall schedule below.

SAT, ACT, and PSAT prep built around your student

Every plan starts with a detailed diagnostic exam, so your student and tutor spend time on the skills and content areas that matter most, not a generic syllabus.

Sessions are one-on-one with a tutor who knows the SAT and ACT formats inside and out: pacing, the Desmos calculator on the digital SAT, and the section strategies that matter most on test day. We also prepare 10th and 11th graders for the PSAT/NMSQT, a two-hour, ten-minute exam that colleges and the National Merit Scholarship Corporation use as an early benchmark.

Tutoring happens in your home, online, or at our Livingston center, on a schedule built around your family’s week.

  • Diagnostic exam first, so the plan targets real gaps
  • SAT strategy: pacing, the digital format, and Desmos fluency
  • ACT strategy: pacing across four timed sections
  • PSAT/NMSQT preparation for sophomores and juniors
  • Fall 2026 & Winter 2027 group prep schedule, open for enrollment

The patterns a real diagnostic catches every time

A few habits show up again and again once a student sits for a timed practice exam.

Pacing, not knowledge

Most students know more than the clock lets them show. We drill section-by-section pacing until it becomes automatic.

Test-day nerves

Timed, test-like practice under real conditions builds the calm that a study guide alone cannot.

Generic prep

A one-size plan wastes time on strengths your student already has. Ours starts with a diagnostic and adjusts every week.
