Larry, a master educator, is a highly accomplished educator with an exceptional academic background and a passion for helping students succeed. A Harvard University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree, and an MBA from Columbia University, Larry made a successful career transition from digital marketing to education, where he has spent the past nine years teaching and tutoring students in a wide range of subjects. Larry has taught Middle School Math through Calculus, as well as Political Science, U.S. History, and World History. His goal is to help students develop a deeper understanding and appreciation for both Math and History—subjects he strives to make engaging, relatable, and enjoyable. In addition to classroom teaching, Larry is highly skilled in test preparation, including the GED and GRE, and has extensive experience guiding students through the college essay and application process. His broad academic expertise, combined with his clear communication and supportive teaching style, empowers students to reach their full potential. Outside of teaching, Larry enjoys reading history books, listening to music, and watching documentaries, pursuits that continue to inspire his curiosity and love of learning.

After every tutoring session, Teacher Tutors will share session feedback detailing the results of each tutoring session. Our Assistant Director reviews all session feedback to track the progress of each individual student to ensure that all the students are progressing towards their educational goals.
