Beata, an expert tutor, graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maryland, College Park with dual degrees in Neurobiology & Physiology and Psychology, ranking in the top 5% of her class. She began teaching at 14 years old as a chess instructor and has continued to teach chess for over eight years while expanding her tutoring expertise to biology, psychology, chemistry, and math from early math through pre‑calculus, algebra I & II, geometry, and statistics. Beata has also tutored SAT and ACT math and sciences, drawing on her experience helping her younger brother prepare for standardized exams. While in college, she served as a teaching assistant in multiple biology courses and tutored peers in chemistry, further strengthening her instructional skills. Currently preparing for the MCAT to pursue medical school, Beata remains passionate about math and science education and is excited to share her knowledge to help students excel academically. Fluent in English and Russian, she brings versatility, enthusiasm, and dedication to every tutoring session.

Expert tutors are talented tutors who are either certified teachers with less than 5 years experience, are experts in their field, or are gifted at teaching certain subject areas.
