Eric, a master educator, is a highly accomplished teacher and scientist with a diverse background in both education and research. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology from SUNY New Paltz and a doctorate in Biomedical Neuroscience from Rutgers University. For the past six years, Eric has dedicated himself to teaching, tutoring, and mentoring students from 4th grade through college, helping them master challenging concepts in biology, chemistry, and physics. Before transitioning to education, he spent eight years conducting translational biomedical research and is a published author whose work has appeared in multiple scientific journals. His deep understanding of science—paired with his ability to make complex material clear and engaging—helps students not only improve academically but also develop genuine curiosity and confidence in their studies. Beyond the classroom, Eric’s creativity shines through his passion for music; as a lifelong musician, he plays in bands, produces, and performs, bringing the same focus and enthusiasm to his music that he does to his teaching.

Master Educators are our most experienced teachers, with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience. Expert tutors are talented tutors who are either certified teachers with less than 5 years experience, are experts in their field, or are gifted at teaching certain subject areas.
